Education

• I am a Ph.D candidate in Computer Science, at Michigan State University. I have been working as either a research assistant or teaching assistant since 2020, advised by Dr. Qiben Yan in SEIT Lab. My research interests include applied AI for security, data management, mobile sensing, and IoT systems. My goal is to ensure smart, secure, private, and robust interactions between users, devices, and the environment.

• I got my Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China, where I was mainly advised by Dr. Xiang-Yang Li and Dr. Lan Zhang. I got my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Southwest University, during which I was supported to study at UC Berkeley in the summer sessions of 2015.
